Leaving Savannah

I did a final few boat chores in preparation for jumping offshore.
I fixed the spreader stays finally by finding the right nuts at a hardware store just up the road.
I picked up a baby buggy net from Wally World that fit over my forward hatch to keep the mosquitoes out.
I am finally ready to try out my new Monitor windvane to automatically steer the boat offshore. I really didn't want to try it out until I had the feel of her sailing so now I feel the time is right. I had to add some blocks strategically to run the control lines for it.
Avocado, carrot, broccoli, cucumber, northern beans salad with a mango chaser.
Got an early start
Others were early birds too.
Posting now while I still have a signal
